Package Your Gear
Securely pack the unused chain or component in its original retail packaging, ensuring all master links and tools are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned product for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
